Problems With This Argument

1. Literally no one believes this argument when they make it

Is female genital mutilation moral in countries where it is legal? Dog fighting? Slavery at one point in the US? This can't be a thought had by a critically thinking person.

2. This is just another example of carnist presuppositionalism with legality as the criterion

And therefore all the same problems apply.
