Children are also technically made of food. Is involuntary cannibalism now moral?
This is ultimately a might-makes-right argument. We can eat animals so we should. Well, "can" and "should" are two different things. The fact that it is ethical to do something doesn't logically follow from the fact that you can do it.
People in other countries are starved because of first-world meat, and there are heavy environmental impacts. This argument doesn't address those problems which would make it unethical anyway, regardless of the point of view of the animal
